Meet Evie

My Photo 4.jpg

Relationships are the most personal form of leadership we'll ever step into —
because they challenge us to

lead ourselves first.

Evie Solenne

Welcome to my world:
where emotion meets insight, and where storytelling becomes a mirror.

What shapes the way we love? Why do unspoken beliefs write patterns we don't even know we're following? These questions became my calling when my own life asked me to start over. I turned to psychology, emotional intelligence, neurobiology, and behavioral science. I worked with coaches to trade judgment for curiosity, assumptions for observation, control for compassion. And underneath it all, I found the most human truth of them all: none of us gets it right accidentally.

The real difference isn't between people who make mistakes and people who don't ;
it's between those who repeat their patterns and those who learn from them.

As for me? I'm a romantic soul with a strategist's brain. A lifelong learner.
A meaning-maker. As drawn to metaphor as I am to models, as comfortable with raw feelings as with frameworks. I write from the heart, but with a mind that's always questioning, rooted in the belief that vulnerability is strength, and connection is our most powerful currency.

My Story

WHO IS EVIE SOLENNE

Here was my dilemma. I wanted to write in the first person - it's the most honest, most relatable way to speak about love.
But the stories in this book aren't only mine. They're yours. Hers. His. Theirs. They belong to everyone who has ever loved, lost, wondered, and tried again. To everyone who's struggling in their current relationships and those who gave up completely. Those who believe there are better ways and want to build healthy, beautiful, and strong relationships.
Writing them under my own name would have made them smaller than they are.

So I gave the universal voice a name of its own:
Evie Solenne.

Evie is who I become when there are no restrictions on what can be said. Because let's be honest, how can we build true, deep, genuine relationships if we don't talk about every aspect of them? The tender parts and the messy ones. No taboos, no pretending. This book's bold narrative goes where the polite conversations stop.

And that's what makes her voice different. It's not the voice of the coach, the psychologist, the therapist, though it has learned from all of them. It's the voice we actually live in: like your wise best friend sitting across the table, asking the honest questions. That voice has been in me for a long time, waiting.

Finally, it can be heard.
Finally, it can help.

WHY I WRITE

The problem isn't a lack of strategy.
It's a lack of self-awareness.

 â€‹â€‹

You don't need another expert telling you how to love. You don't need more rules, more trends, more advice designed for everyone and therefore for no one. The answers you're looking for aren't in the noise; they're in you. My purpose is to help you slow down, reflect, and reconnect with your own inner wisdom, so you can build a relationship that doesn't just look good on the outside, but feels right on the inside.

That purpose became my debut book, A Tale of Six Chairs. But whatever I write,  you'll always find the same four things:

Lived wisdom

Words shaped by experience - not just professional, but deeply personal. I write from the inside out.

Human-first insight

Psychology, leadership, and behavioral science always in service of the human heart. I’m here to connect.

Emotional fluency

Naming what we feel but don't know how to say: I write to bring clarity to confusion and warmth to self-reflection.

A sense of belonging

A place to slow down, reflect, laugh, feel, and come back home to yourself.

So wherever you are right now  - hopeful, tired, healing, or trying again - I hear you. I've been there. We grow, we learn, we get better.

I'm so glad you're here.

With love, Evie
