EU Customers

Consumers located within the European Union have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the book, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, the customer must contact Solenne Impact Publishing at info@eviesolenne.com before returning the item.

The book must be returned in its original condition. The customer is responsible for any reduction in the book's value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning. Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Personalized & Signed Books

Books that include a personalized inscription, dedication, or custom signature requested by the customer are made to the customer's specifications and cannot be cancelled or returned once the order has been processed, except where the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied in error.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer must contact Solenne Impact Publishing within 14 days of delivery, providing the order number and, where possible, photographs of the issue. Solenne Impact Publishing will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

International Orders

For customers outside the European Union, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the book is returned in its original, resalable condition. Return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and any other import charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied in error.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved. Original shipping charges will be refunded only where required by applicable law.
